Below are the tempting flavours that are most commonly asked for, but if you have a special request then please ask and I may be able to accommodate.
I am able to offer egg-free and dairy-free cakes in a variety of flavours. I also offer cutting cakes to make up numbers for large crowds.
All my delicious wedding cakes contain 4 even layers of sponge sandwiched with 3 generous layers of fillings. They are then coated in a white chocolate ganache and covered in a neutral tasting fondant.
If you are opting for a buttercream finished design, a thin layer of white chocolate ganache is added underneath the buttercream.
