I create delicious works of art that look too good to cut but inside the beautiful exteriors are luscious sponges and fillings waiting to be devoured…so please do dive in!

Below are the tempting flavours that are most commonly asked for, but if you have a special request then please ask and I may be able to accommodate.

I am able to offer egg-free and dairy-free cakes in a variety of flavours. I also offer cutting cakes to make up numbers for large crowds.

All my delicious wedding cakes contain 4 even layers of sponge sandwiched with 3 generous layers of fillings. They are then coated in a white chocolate ganache and covered in a neutral tasting fondant.

If you are opting for a buttercream finished design, a thin layer of white chocolate ganache is added underneath the buttercream.

Vanilla Bean

Lightly sweetened with real vanilla and perfect with traditional strawberry jam and buttercream or equally sumptuous with a chocolate ganache.

Lemon

Infused with real lemons and finished with lemon buttercream and a thick layer of lemon curd. For a delicious twist, ask for an Elderflower buttercream filling.

Lemon & Blueberry

Zesty lemon sponge studded with fresh blueberries and teamed with a rich lemon buttercream.

Strawberry & Champagne

Vanilla sponge with a champagne soak, strawberry jam and fresh sliced strawberries. Your choice of strawberry or champagne buttercream.

White Chocolate & Raspberry

A sweet and indulgent sponge enriched with milk and white chocolate; think moist and dessert-like. Sandwiched with raspberry jam.

Chocolate Indulgence

Dark chocolate sponge enhanced perfectly with rich chocolate ganache or buttercream.

Black Forest

Indulgent chocolate sponge drenched in cherry liqueur and sandwiched with layers of cherry preserve and chocolate buttercream.

Chocolate Orange

Delicious rich chocolate cake infused with an orange syrup and topped with chocolate orange buttercream or rich chocolate orange ganache.

Peanut Butter Cup

Chocolate sponge with lashings of peanut butter buttercream and chunks of Reese's peanut butter cups.

Mocha

Chocolate sponge drenched in a coffee syrup and a scrumptious mocha buttercream.

Cookie Crumble

Yummy vanilla sponge flecked with chocolate chips, sandwiched together with Oreo buttercream and crumbled Oreo pieces.

Almond Amaretto

Light almond sponge cake made from ground almonds with lashings of amaretto syrup and flaked almonds. Perfect served white chocolate or amaretto buttercream.

Honey, Orange & Pistachio

Pistachio sponge, drizzled with honey and finished with white chocolate buttercream and crunchy pistachio.

Coconut

Moist yet light, made with coconut milk and desiccated coconut... my all-time favourite. Can be complimented with a touch of lime or lime buttercream if requested or raspberry jam.

Vanilla & Cardamon

Vanilla sponge with an aromatic cardamon buttercream

Chocolate Mudslide

A light chocolate chip and vanilla sponge paired with an indulgent Chocolate and Baileys buttercream and Baileys soak.

Cherry Bakewell

Almond sponge teamed with black cherry jam, almond buttercream and plenty of amaretto.

Salted Caramel

Salted Caramel sponge with waffle pieces, Salted Caramel buttercream, an indulgent Salted Caramel sauce and more chewy pieces.

Biscoff

Light vanilla sponge with addictive Biscoff buttercream and Lotus biscuit crumb.

Butter Pecan

Vanilla and crushed pecan sponge, maple syrup soak and vanilla buttercream. Layered with more crushed pecans.
